Return & Refund Policy

At JellyForce, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return: (1) Your item must be returned within 60 days of the original delivery date. (2) Items must be in their original packaging. (3) A receipt or proof of purchase is required. (4) Returns must be authorized by our support team before shipping back — do not return items without prior authorization.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return: opened products where more than one bottle has been fully consumed (beyond the first bottle), items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence, and items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return: (1) Contact us at support@go-jellyforce.com with your order number and reason for return. (2) Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions. (3) Package your item securely and ship using a trackable shipping method. (4) You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item sent).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@go-jellyforce.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged/incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval: (1) Check your bank account. (2) Contact your credit card company — processing times vary by institution. (3) Contact your bank. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@go-jellyforce.com.
